As a volunteer organiser, Jim supports speaker outreach, topic planning, promotion, facilitation, and event logistics for a free community of more than 500 members.

Alongside speaking in 2023, Jim served on the volunteer crew—supporting sessions, logistics, communication, and an inclusive attendee experience.

Agile Coach Camp Worldwide

Jim contributed to venue planning, participant logistics, event setup, session archiving, and continuity for this volunteer-run global unconference.
